This is a hilarious slideshow about the pompousness of VCs and really plays to the entrepreneur's issues with taking money from the evil capitalists.  For the record, in my former life as a VC for 12 years, I didn't use my Blackberry during the meeting (OK, I looked, but I didn't type).  As for the rest of the accusations as they apply to me, I will leave that to the dozens of entrepreneurs whose Boards I have sat on...

I have a few more non-admissions from my experience:

Teamwork - "We work well with our co-investors. We won't fight amongst ourselves, causing you no end of grief"

Alignment of Interests - "Now that we have invested, you and I are completely aligned in how to grow this company"

Sacrifice - "We are the hardest working VCs in Canada. We will eat and sleep your company."
